How booking works

1. Pick a unit and an open date on its calendar.
2. Reserve online by card or bank when the calendar shows the unit is open. The reserve charge is the security deposit plus half of the first month’s rent. If you arrive within 7 days, you pay the full first month and that rent is not refundable. Prices shown are for card payment. Pay by bank online, or by check or Zelle, and save about 3%. 3. Hero discount: veterans, active duty military, firefighters, and law enforcement do not pay the security deposit. They pay the cleaning fee when they book. For every other guest, the cleaning fee comes out of the security-deposit refund at the end of the stay. 4. Call 850-861-4211 or email forthencye@gmail.com to confirm stay details, including how many pets. A card payment does not block the calendar and does not confirm the stay by itself. Call or email to confirm.
5. No smoking anywhere on the property, inside or outside. Quiet residential streets. Every unit is pet friendly. Fees apply. Tell us the pet count by phone or email before you book.
6. The unit page prints that door’s security deposit and cleaning fee. When a stay crosses into the next month, that month’s rent is due on the 1st.
7. Reserve opens a secure checkout page for card or bank payment. We do not put card or bank numbers on this site. Bank payments take a few business days to clear.
8. Units marked Currently Rented stay on the site with the calendar closed. There is no reserve button while a unit is currently rented.
