Reserve
Pick an open date, then reserve online. The usual charge is the security deposit ($300) plus half of the first month ($978.50 by card, $950 by bank). If you arrive within 7 days, the charge is the full first month and that rent is not refundable.
Hero discount: veterans, active duty military, firefighters, and law enforcement do not pay the security deposit. They pay the cleaning fee ($155 by card, $150 by bank) when they book. For every other guest, cleaning comes out of the security-deposit refund at the end.
